When it comes to Carpet Cleaning Services, we believe that our prices are Incredible. We do not provide you with just a service, we are caring for you, your family and your home. You are making an investment by having us care for your Carpet, Tile and Upholstery or to aide you in your times of trouble such as Flood and Water Damage. Having your home cared for regularly with our services, is just like having you Annual Health Check, Immunization for your Children or even like having your car/truck serviced.

With regular cleaning of your carpets, tile and upholstery, you are helping to prevent or control allergies, dust mites, pet dander. You are also prolonging the life of your carpet, tile, and upholstery.

We walk on our flooring every day and when we do we track in dirt, and other unnamable items onto our flooring and into our homes. Just like having to washing your soiled clothing, carpet & upholstery are made of fibers, Natural or Synthetic, and will attract dirt, grime etc., and hold on to it until cleaned. Flooring and Upholstery should be cared for up to 2 times annually.

Upholstery Cleaning

Includes Pre-Treating and Clean.

• Standard Sofa - Starting at $95.00
• Standard Love Seat - Starting at $65.00
• Standard Chair - Starting at $55.00

Note: Some stains may not come out with pre-treating and cleaning. These may require a separate process, you will be advised at time of audit if there are any concerns. White and Cream Color Upholstery will require extra work and is an additional $20.00 each.

Mattress Cleaning

Allergy Relief Treatment (ART) & Fire Retardant

* Box Springs Prices are same as above

* Fire Retardant add $20.00 per set (Fire Retardant and ART can also be applied to Upholstery and Drapes).

Tile and Grout Cleaning

• Up to 150 sq.ft.-0.75 per square foot
• Over 150 sq.ft.-0.65 per square foot

Tile and Grout Sealing

• 0.25 per square foot for all sealing

Grout Repair

• Grout Repairs-We will do minor grout repairs if evaluated requested at time of Audit. Due to the many color variations this service must been evaluated prior to service to ensure that we have the proper color and product for your satisfaction.

Water/Flood Services

We are available 24/7 for Flood Emergency Services. There is a Minimum call out fee of $65.00. This fee will begin the service and the On-Call Technician can give you and estimated cost of the services required upon inspection the damage. We promise you that you will not be disappointed with our services.
